Hired the company because a mice showed up at the apartment first time ever! service was great, mice never returned. They came back 2 weeks after to do a second inspection and all was fine. Also 3 month guarantee which is great. Also price is good compare to other companies. 5 starts.

Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit. He came out for a second check up a couple of weeks later and put in further measures to help calm my nerves. Gabriel is very professional and sensitive to the situation at hand. I’d highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with pests in their home. We’ve had them handle mice, roaches and bedbugs in our flat and each time they’ve eradicated the problems quickly and efficiently. They are really quick to respond when contacted and came as soon as it suited us. Gabriel is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and has checked up on us to see if the problems have persisted after treatments. I hope I don’t have to deal with more pests in the future but if I do, I’ll be calling Bon Accord.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of his service. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. He detected the issues and set about resolving them with swift efficiency, enabling two mice to be caught in the next few days.
