Couldn't have been more pleased with the service Matt provided. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. A very professional, friendly, polite guy, who genuinely cares about his customers. Problem was solved really quickly! His prices are very reasonable and he explains everything he is doing, in thorough detail. I was really impressed with how quickly Matt responded to my issue, and he was ready and willing to come round and sort it out. Brilliant at communicating, and kept in touch throughout his visits. The treatment to get rid of rats is still ongoing (but working) and I couldn’t be happier. Care is taken not to injure pets, prompt, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This number is a permanent fixture in my address book and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a property management company we have used this company on a number of occasions at multiple properties and they have always been very friendly and reliable. This company is brilliant! Matt and Charlotte are so reliable, professional and genuinely helpful.
