Steve knew I was terrified, so he arrived within 30 minutes of me ringing him. He never gave up at catching the little perpetrator and totally put my mind at rest. I can’t thank him enough. He was so efficient, understanding, patient and caring. Plus- he was so honest which, is very rare these days. He never tried to pull my eyes out with the cost. Recomended without reservation (11/7/23) found I had a wasps nest in my loft, lots of wasp activity. Rang ESPC about 11 am was quoted £65 over the phone. Steve arrived just after 12 noon. located the Nest in the loft & delt with it very Quickly. Steve was very pleasant & professional, work is guarenteed. Had phoned another company before ESPC & been quoted £125 + Vat so I was very happy with Steves price & the service in under Hour & a half. As Stated highly recomended
