We found ourselves requiring the service of The Pied Piper after having noticed we had a visit from a few rats after a big building project. It was a very anxious time for us as we could hear constant scratching and scurrying in and around the walls and floor boards. The team at The Pied Piper were very understanding and arranged an appointment for a visit very promptly. The initial contact with them was very professional and they were very responsive, professional and understanding. The service included 3 visits to lay bate and check activity thereafter. The guys that attended were very knowledgable and professional, they were able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They also investigated where the rats where accessing the house from and we was advised to repair and fill up holes that where left from the building work to stop further entry once the visits where complete. After the first visit we no longer heard any scurrying or scratching which left me confident that the professional team knew exactly where to target the problem. The other two appointments where completed timely and punctually as arranged originally, with the same level of professionalism. I can not stress how happy I was with the service provided by The Pied Piper, they were knowledgeable, professional, understanding and exceptional value.
