Contacted Chris after our tenant caught a live rat in the kitchen. He responded immediately and arrived within an hour or so. Removed the rat and gave advice on how to deal with any further issues. We had an invoice confusion resulting in him being paid twice, he contacted me to let me know and returned the overpayment straight away, very trustworthy! Would highly recommend and would use again without hesitation if needed. Top notch service!

Can't thank Chris enough for his time and efficiency! We where distraught with a rat infestation, from an online form he followed up the next day found the entry points sealed them up, temporary putting mesh wire over places for my own peace of mind. Found the deceased rats Discarded them followed up weekly and if I called before then with concerns he would come earlier. Time keeping and communication were excellent A***** service would recommend.
