We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Horrified when rats infested our garden and garage but delighted with Copley Pest Solutions. Three visits seemed to do the trick. We paid extra at the end of the visits for sanitation 'fogging' in the garage as the place stank of them. The whole process ain't cheap but hopefully we're all clear of them now. Neil and Cory were prompt, polite, clearly explained everything and showed us the bait in the traps before and after and they were so careful to ensure everything was safe for our dog too. Good at providing advice too.
