Hired the company because a mice showed up at the apartment first time ever! service was great, mice never returned. They came back 2 weeks after to do a second inspection and all was fine. Also 3 month guarantee which is great. Also price is good compare to other companies. 5 starts.

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. We did not note any issues post the first visit. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to engage with them.

He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. I’d highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with pests in their home. We’ve had them handle mice, roaches and bedbugs in our flat and each time they’ve eradicated the problems quickly and efficiently. They are really quick to respond when contacted and came as soon as it suited us. Gabriel is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and has checked up on us to see if the problems have persisted after treatments. I hope I don’t have to deal with more pests in the future but if I do, I’ll be calling Bon Accord.
