Brilliant guy. Really friendly and good at his job. Explained all he was doing and why. He put me at ease about what he was using to catch the mice. Especially as I have a dog Mice been caught and I am happy. He is very professional and I think he’s ace. I would highly recommend him.

Above and beyond excellent service. The communication from my first phone call up to my last visit was faultless. Ian is very professional, punctual and determined to help in every way. He is very knowledgeable and my problem was solved. Highly recommend and such a friendly lovely man.

All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. Ian was brilliant sorting the issue with rats/mice at my house. Came back several times and really makes it feel like he’s in it with you, not just doing another job. Top guy as well. (See pics just before he went in my loft) 😂 Cheers Ian!

February 5, 2025, Wednesday. It was just one of the worst days of my life. But at the same time, it was also the end. That day, unfortunately, I encountered a creature called Bed bug for the first time in my life. When I found a bug on my bed, I described its appearance online to identify it, and I was terrified. Out of fear, I researched many professional pest control services on the internet and decided to go with Ian. Ian is a real superhero. All Things Pest Control is truly a superhero... He not only restored my trust in people but also boosted my motivation. He made me believe that this could be eliminated, that we could overcome it. And he truly stood by my side with all his sincerity, kindness, and professionalism. I hope no one ever has to encounter this bug. I don’t know where it came from, who brought it, or how it got into my home. But somehow, it did, because they are hitchhikers, they can travel anywhere 🤦🏼‍♀️ Be very careful, bed bugs are not unique any more it is very common in the UK now, I hope you never have to meet it. But if you do, DO NOT worry, because ALL THINGS PESTS CONTROL (IAN) will be next to you... l Ian will always have your back and be by your side. He is not just a professional—he is also a very trustworthy and kind-hearted person. He will do everything he can to keep you strong and motivated. I have no doubt about that.
