Martin visited today & gave us really useful advice, treating a small issue we had in our laundry room there and then. We were fortunate that when we contacted Martin, he was due to work at a house on the same road as us, so coming to survey our request on the same day didn't take him long but I’m extremely grateful for his expert advice. He didn’t charge anything for the visit and help he gave us, which was unexpected and so I thought the least we could do was share our positive experience by way of a review. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely. Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

We highly recommend ALL GONE pest control, we had a wasp nest up near our roof and we needed it dealt with, Jimi came to look at what needed to be done and returned the next day with Paul. The wasp nest was dealt with very quickly and the wasps have now gone. My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

Really good company, called them out for a wasp nest above our bedroom. Answered the phone straight away on a weekend came out within a few hours and sorted the issue even though the nest was in a very tricky position. They also gave us advice on our mole FOC. I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
