Our next door neighbours used this guy ( Andy ) because they thought they had a snake problem! It was slow worms lol. Andy explained to them that are protected and harmless. He then came to me as next door and explained to me also and had a quick look around and found a nest in my compost. Brilliant Nice guy.

We contacted Andy to remove a hornets nest. He fitted us in the same day as we called, was on time, very friendly and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Very quickly after contacting Andy “Pest Off”, we agreed an appointment time for him to visit. There were 2 occasions I’ve needed him. He had good knowledge of the wasp and rat problems I have had. Explaining how each had got into the property and how he would deal with them. After the rodents and wasps were baited and powdered respectively, he used good communication and gave instructions about what I needed to do to help the situation and also prevent it from happening again. i.e. Filling holes in the stone walls, checking the bait, etc. He made a follow up appointment to make sure things were sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy from “Pest Off” to anyone and using him again myself in the future. 10/10 service.

Andy is professional and friendly. The service he provides is reliable and effective. He is always happy to give advice and deal with any unexpected issues too. We've been a customer for years and will continue to be so.
