Very professional service: I contacted iPest about our moth problem and they came round to assess that week. Then the week later they came round to treat our house. Tim also offered some advice on how to keep anything that returns at bay. Would highly recommend and I also found the price very reasonable.

We keep 3 backyard chickens and had been having frequent sightings of rats. Tim was efficient at identifying the areas most used by the rodents and treated these areas over a period of time in 3 visits. He was reliable, polite and effective and I would certainly contact him again if necessary.

Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

Kieran has been nothing short of amazing with his treatment on my house. My dog has been suffering with flea’s for what feels like a lifetime. Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.
