Contacted at ~5pm on Sunday evening with description of a shared neutral issue impacting two lights in our house. Definitive Electrical arrived at 9am the following morning (today) and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. I can't remember the names but they were efficient, polite, friendly and careful with possessions/property. One of the easiest interactions I've had with a contractor from start to finish. Won't hesitate to contact again if anything else electrical needs attention. Thank you!

After a miserable Friday night with no electrics and sockets tripping on a regular basis phoned Andy early on a Saturday morning. No problem be with you shortly. True to his word and he spotted the culprit ( the computer socket ) Tested everything and even had a look at another faulty light switch. A really nice guy who took the time to explain things and at a reasonable rate. Definately a name for any further work.

Andy extended a circuit and installed a new consumer unit. While doing that he rapidly found the causes of pre-existing problems and fixed them properly. He was quick to respond to our enquiry and was flexible in performing the work, which was to a high standard with all the paperwork. The price was a fair reflection of the extra work he incurred with the pre-existing problems

I would highly recommend Andy, I had a problem with my electric sockets tripping out, called Saturday lunchtime and Andy was at my home in 20 minutes, he resolved the issue. A rapid response was received by this company who completed the installation of a new 10-way mains fuse box making way for an additional fridge freezer. A clean, neat professional job was completed in record time. Then, another piece of work involved access to the loft to provide connections for two pull cord switches in two further bedrooms. The creative use of trunking meant redecoration was not necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any domestic electrical work.

Rang UC electrical and within a few hours they came, couldn’t believe it. The jobs were done speedy and efficiently and we were back up and running again with power and lighting straightaway. Lee did a full rewire on our renovation project and he was fantastic! Good communication, always prompt and did everything he said he would in a timely manner. Really good advice and always solution focused. Incredible craftsmanship and building control were really happy with the quality of the electrical work. Lee did a brilliant job completely rewiring our old cottage when we renovated in 2022. Really professional & reliable, responded promptly any time we needed to contact him, gave us loads of useful advice when we were planning the layout for lights & switches etc and was always on site for whatever days & times we’d agreed, which was really helpful for the overall project management and avoided delays scheduling tasks with our other contractors. I would highly recommend this company Loscoe Electrical; they have undertaken an array of electrical work for me in my house renovation projects from electrical work for Bathroom, Kitchen, mood lighting, outside lighting, fans, etc. I have had other companies previously work on my home and this company absolutely outperforms them.
