We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

Neale was great from start to finish, he was able to provide advice on what options I have as well as a quote for the work very quickly and has done an excellent job of replacing my under cupboard kitchen lights. Neale left the kitchen spotless. Would absolutely use Neale again for anything electrical within my home and will recommend him to family and friends.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

Lee did a brilliant job completely rewiring our old cottage when we renovated in 2022. Really professional & reliable, responded promptly any time we needed to contact him, gave us loads of useful advice when we were planning the layout for lights & switches etc and was always on site for whatever days & times we’d agreed, which was really helpful for the overall project management and avoided delays scheduling tasks with our other contractors. Outstanding quality & customer service and we will absolutely be calling Lee next time we need any electrical work doing.

Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . Having recently been flooded we were having trouble getting the insurance company to send out an electrician, so decided to call our own. Leighton from DES came out the next day, was clear about what needed doing and liaised with Western Power for us. When the utility company had fixed their equipment Leighton came out again when he said he would and got our power back on, checked all the circuits and advised us on what we could and couldn’t use. He was great at problem solving, very thorough and professional at all times. I would have no problem recommending DES to anyone.

Andy extended a circuit and installed a new consumer unit. While doing that he rapidly found the causes of pre-existing problems and fixed them properly. He was quick to respond to our enquiry and was flexible in performing the work, which was to a high standard with all the paperwork. The price was a fair reflection of the extra work he incurred with the pre-existing problems

After a miserable Friday night with no electrics and sockets tripping on a regular basis phoned Andy early on a Saturday morning. No problem be with you shortly. True to his word and he spotted the culprit ( the computer socket ) Tested everything and even had a look at another faulty light switch. A really nice guy who took the time to explain things and at a reasonable rate. Definately a name for any further work.

Solar PV with smart energy system was installed and set up quickly and efficiently. Good advice with regards setup. Roof replacement was handled at the same time in a well coordinated project. Very pleased with the results.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.
