Alex attended our flat tonight about a meter problem. However, he managed to detect a more serious problem that was caused by another engineer which he informed us was dangerous for our safety. He was excellent at his job and very friendly. He explained in detail what was wrong and what steps to take from here. Great service and great price. Thank you :)

I had my electricity supply moved by northern power grid and my meter was moved by British Gas. Due to misadvice between the two of them, I was left with no electricity supply to my fuse box and no electrician booked in. I'd been without power for 30 hours when Alex and the team stepped in to help at short notice. They got me set up temporarily for the night and came back the next day to do a full and permanent job of running the new tails from the meter to the consumer unit. Professional, friendly and helpful at short notice. Highly recommended. Can't thank you enough!

Such a change to have a tradesman that turns up on time and carry out two jobs one of which was changing an electric shower and the other fixing a slow flow to a cold water feed. Both were done within the hour and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. I would highly recommend this company Loscoe Electrical; they have undertaken an array of electrical work for me in my house renovation projects from electrical work for Bathroom, Kitchen, mood lighting, outside lighting, fans, etc. I have had other companies previously work on my home and this company absolutely outperforms them. We are in the process of moving house, and needed our EV charger removed from our old property. Contacted Loscoe Electrical, my husband had long seen their van around and always commented on how clean and professional it looked, so was the first person he contacted. Came back to us super fast with a quote and date and we booked in. Removal of the charger was super fast and efficient, really friendly and got the job done efficiently! Would defenietly recommend in future. Shame we are moving out of area otherwise we would have asked them to install our new charger.

Ken & Tom were bang on time today and did a fantastic job making some alterations to our new build! We had an additional socket fitted in a difficult position, an external light and a Ring hardwired doorbell installed. They left everywhere just as they found it. We're great at cleaning up, making sure to wear shoe socks when walking through the house and kept us updated with all the works along the way, including answering our questions and helping out with issues we may come across in the future. Really happy with the work and would recommend them any day of the week! Wish they'd done the house instead of the homebuilders!

We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. In Nov 19 Derek fitted a new fuse box for me, rewired my cooker, new outside up and down lights and new down lights internally in my lounge diner & kitchen, with dimmer switches. He planned and actioned everything in between other work I was having done to ensure there was no risk of getting plaster & paint on the new lights, meaning he had to drop in and out a few times. We found Derek to be friendly, efficient, knowledgable, responsive, he explained everything well and the results are great; we'd have no hesitation engaging him again or recommending him to friends.

Great experience start to end with P&C, they installed an EV charger for me at short notice after British Gas (via Hive) estimated 6-7 weeks just to complete a pre-install survey, never mind actually doing the install! Called me within a couple of hours of callback request via their website, did a survey via Whatsapp video call within 24 hours of first contact, arranged install for the following week. Install went very smoothly on the day, installer listened to all my requests and quickly proposed the install method best suited to my premises. Very quick and neat job, very happy with the results, would recommend Power and Control to anyone looking for a domestic EV charger install.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.
