I honestly can’t thank Lee enough for his time, knowledge and kindness. I contacted Lee on a Saturday night after a recommendation on Facebook. Lee got back to me straight away and then rang to help me sort the initial problem over the phone. I had a leak from the bathroom which had gone through the ceiling, via the smoke alarm and tripped the electrics. After the initially call, Lee gave me a quote and fitted me in a few days later to complete the work. I also asked Lee to fit two sets of lights which was done to a really high standard and felt more than confident with his work and knowledge. The initial phone call was incredibly rare as was the speed and communication received from Lee. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Projan electrics again, not that I want any further issues but feel safe knowing that I have someone to call should I ever need. Thanks again.

Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. We enquired with JIH Electrical for a quote on an outdoor socket and a EV charge point. The communication was fantastic and prompt, and today we had Alex come and carry out the work. He’s left the place spotless, carried out an excellent job on installing, was really informative and polite. Cannot recommend this company enough, and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Electrical Innovations were sub contracted by Heatable Ltd to install solar panels and storage battery. Installation happened on 24 April 2025. The date was fixed well in advance. I was advised on the probable schedule, including scaffold erection. The schedule was kept. 4 person installation team came early and worked hard until the task was completed. I was expecting significant overflow of work for the following day and was ever so pleases that it did not happen. The team worked without any demand on me. The site was left tidy. Obviously this applies to battery installation as I have not been to the roof. Yes I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 star.

A fantastic team. All through the installation process their time keeping was spot on. We had good advice about where kit could be positioned. The engineers were fantastic during the installation. They worked like Trojans. They were very courteous. When our autistic son came home from school at noon sick, we asked if their site radio could be turned off. This was done straight away. But they also then worked in near silence. We were so pleased with their attitude. Most importantly the job looks fantastic and works really well. We are very very happy.

Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Douglas, of DKC Electrical Ltd, was outstanding in rewiring and re-positioning our mains electrical boxes, that are located in our garage, as well as some internal ceiling lights and switches. He was also very prompt with his visits, arriving to the minute in accordance with what he said. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who requires a good electrician.

James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

I had a wall socket replaced and a new outdoor light fitted. I got a call to see if they could come earlier to do the job which suited me just fine. They were quick and efficient and checked to make sure everything was working as expected. I’m very happy with the work and will definitely use them again.

Chris fitted us in as a fault finding emergency as our electrics had tripped out three nights out of five. Fantastic service! Rang late evening in a fluster because our new burglar alarm was going off and we didn’t have a code (just moved in!). We used Mark for a full electrical rewire. As we were doing a full house renovation, we went through many electricians / quotes before choosing him (and we were very new to this).
