Mark installed an EV charger for me and I found him to be friendly, trustworthy, polite and professional. His work was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to find a tradesmen that fills you with confidence. He was not pressured by time constraints and made sure his work was complete and ensured a full understanding in handover. I am still in contact with him after completion with my queries for which he is happy to help with. 10/10.

Fantastic service! Rang late evening in a fluster because our new burglar alarm was going off and we didn’t have a code (just moved in!). Mark was so helpful and patient and talked us through how to disarm it. We will definitely be calling on his services once we have the code to reset it so he can put it back together!!! Mark carried out a full rewire of our house. The minute he left after providing a quote, we knew we'd found our electrician. Mark gave us the confidence we needed to know he is an excellent electrician; he explained everything in detail and provided recommendations that were in our best interest and within our budget. He didn't try to up sell us or streer us wrong. Mark travelled every morning to our house which is a decent distance from his home. He communicated regularly with us when our input was needed. I visited a couple of times during the rewire and Mark left the house in a very tidy state; you can tell he truly cares about his work, his tools, and his customers. We used Mark for a full electrical rewire. As we were doing a full house renovation, we went through many electricians / quotes before choosing him (and we were very new to this). We chose Mark due to his professionalism and knowledge, as well as being friendly and approachable. He took time to answer any questions we had and gave us some very helpful tips. Nothing was ever too much and when we had last minute changes he was happy to accommodate. He was very careful with all the fixtures we provided, leaving the plastic covers on until we were ready to remove them post-renovation. Mark was great , we had a problem with the garden electrics shorting the house , he spent considerable time and patience trying to find the problem and eventually got us sorted . He was really thorough and nothing was to much trouble. Really pleasant and easy to talk to . Excellent service .
