Thank you to the team here, the service and staff are amazing. We had numerous issues with a new boiler installed by a 3rd party and Colin and his team came out and spent several hours helping to resolve the issue with our electrics. Everyone was so helpful, professional, polite and very patient carrying out this work. Would recommend them to everyone and will use them again in the future.

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Great experience start to end with P&C, they installed an EV charger for me at short notice after British Gas (via Hive) estimated 6-7 weeks just to complete a pre-install survey, never mind actually doing the install! Called me within a couple of hours of callback request via their website, did a survey via Whatsapp video call within 24 hours of first contact, arranged install for the following week. Install went very smoothly on the day, installer listened to all my requests and quickly proposed the install method best suited to my premises. Very quick and neat job, very happy with the results, would recommend Power and Control to anyone looking for a domestic EV charger install.

Patrick came out to my elderly Mum who was in great distress on New Year's Eve at 6pm! Everything fixed by 6.30. Reasonable prices and extremely professional. There was a storm and he even bought little waterproof socks to cover his wet shoes. Cannot praise him highly enough :)

As a construction firm we need quality and reliability and that’s exactly what we have and have always received from Trent Electrical. We appointed Alan Chambers to carry out a number of electrical works. Safe to say Steve and his team did a fantastic job! Wanted a new light fitting . Only a small job, thought we would have difficulty getting someone, but no we e-mailed them they replied very quickly came the next day took 20 minutes at most and charged a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anybody needing an electrician.

Having recently been flooded we were having trouble getting the insurance company to send out an electrician, so decided to call our own. Leighton from DES came out the next day, was clear about what needed doing and liaised with Western Power for us. When the utility company had fixed their equipment Leighton came out again when he said he would and got our power back on, checked all the circuits and advised us on what we could and couldn’t use. He was great at problem solving, very thorough and professional at all times. I would have no problem recommending DES to anyone.

We have used the guys from Derbyshire Energy Solutions for all of our projects over the years. They have recently installed LED lighting, fire, TV and surround sound on our Media wall, along with outside security lighting, rerouting cat 5 cables, installing remote heating system & various other jobs. Thoroughly professional, neat and tidy, competitive and most importantly turn up when they say they are coming. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had the team at DES install an Air Conditioning unit in my garden office in Derby, so pleased with the results, cool in summer heatwaves and toasty warm in winter. Install was hassle free and unit is really efficient.

Adam Hensley Electrician was highly recommended to me by Wakefield Driveways who built my new extention. I needed 6 ceiling kitchen lights and two security lights outside. I telephoned Adam Hensley and requested an urgent call out. Adam arrived that day. Fixed the problem temporary and agreed to put in an entire electric fuse box for the entire house at a fair and competitive price. Adam was punctual and professionally completed this significant job in one day. Adam also repaired some existing electoral sockets free.
