Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. I needed a electrical supply running into my garage so that i could have a Pod Point electrical car charger installed along with lighting and sockets, problem being that the garage is remote from the house. Electrical Innovations came up with a solution and liaised with Pod Point to ensure the solution was acceptable ie the charger had a sufficient supply . The work was carried out in a day by a team of 4 who all turned up with all the materials required to complete the work; they arrived on time, worked diligently while being friendly at all times. Work completed with no issues. I would definitely recommend Electrical Innovations for any size project you require doing, they are timely in their responses to your requests and undertaking the work; basically they do what they say they will do and will not mess you about.

A fantastic team. All through the installation process their time keeping was spot on. We had good advice about where kit could be positioned. The engineers were fantastic during the installation. They worked like Trojans. They were very courteous. When our autistic son came home from school at noon sick, we asked if their site radio could be turned off. This was done straight away. But they also then worked in near silence. We were so pleased with their attitude. Most importantly the job looks fantastic and works really well. We are very very happy.

Joseph’s Electrical installed a new Consumer Unit to the house, another consumer unit to the garage along with a new socket ring main, external IP Rated Socket Outlet, 20W Floodlight and Festoon Lights on PIR’s and a separate supply to an outside cabin. Excellent service and installation, we will be using them again.

Joe and Ish were great. Joe was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and help where we’d changed our minds with a few things at short notice, which was much appreciated. Ish is such a pleasant guy, very conscientious, he got us to check we were happy with everything before leaving, which was very professional and showed he cared that everything was as we’d want it. Both worked really hard, including an evening and a weekend day to get the job done. Very happy customer.

We had a flash and a bang yesterday morning and the spur controlling our electric hob was dead. Within 2 hours of my calling, Luke was there with the relevant spare parts and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was very impressed by the whole process and service, from the way I was treated during the initial phone call, through the job itself, to the completion of the payment via ApplePay. I have already given them another job!

Our experience of Highland Electrical Contractors was excellent. The work required was completed to a superb standard and was split across two visits as Luke and then Dave worked around other trades. Both Luke and Dave explained what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions. Even though the house is only circa 30 years old, when they came across some odd wiring issues left by the original builder they quickly offered a practical workable solution. Both were super neat and tidy, cleaning up as they went along and at the end of the job. Sam in the office kept us informed by text and email of dates, arrival time etc. All round a really professional 5 star service. Many thanks!

These guys have done a number of different jobs for me over the last 6 months - upgrading consumer box, installing a charger for my electric car, transformed my lounge with recessed lighting and installed a number of light fittings - all done very professionally, with great design and careful workmanship and always cleaned up after their work. It was a pleasure having them in my home and I'm grateful for their work - thoroughly recommended.

Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.

Contacted Wayne with my problem and he sorted same even though it was somebody else's fault. It was a simple fix but he took care of us regardless. I highly recommend Wayne as being very professional at all times and explaining what was wrong with my system. Thank you for an outstanding job.

James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! Obviously I'm just kidding - if you want an excellent, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional team then you can't do any better than Derbyshire Electrical Services Ltd.

I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

Like others I was connected to James through Hypervolt. Can honestly say James was quick to respond, dealt with a small issue with the case really well (Hypervolt supplied a unit with a label that couldn’t be removed and a small scratch). I’d have no hesitation recommending James.
