James came out to us a few months ago when Virgin Media cut through our electricity cable whilst installing fibre and didn't tell us 🙄 James came out at very short notice and identified the problem and advised us what to do next. He also gave us really useful advice about our ageing fuse box! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊

James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. He's a thoroughly nice guy, the nicest tradesmen I've ever dealt with and he's very reasonably priced too. I would certainly recommend James to anyone 100% 👍 Victoria

I contacted James very last minute after the dishwasher had leaked, tripped the electrics and damaged the socket and plug. He was upfront about cost from the start, gave loads of great advice and did extra checks whilst he was here. James was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him.
