I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was lovely—she was chatty and engaging, which made the waiting time fly by. It's not often you find someone who can make you feel welcome and relaxed before a dental appointment, but she did just that. Dr. Krishan Patel, who handled my treatment, was incredibly professional. His soft-spoken nature and calm demeanor were exactly what I needed during the intervention. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It’s clear that he cares deeply about his patients and their experience. A special mention must go to Nurse Lilly, who was nothing short of amazing. Her kindness and gentle nature made a world of difference. She noticed when I was feeling a bit anxious and gave my shoulder a calming rub, even holding my hand at times to reassure me. Those little gestures were incredibly comforting and showed the level of care and attention they provide at this practice. Overall, my experience was excellent. The combination of a clean, comforting environment, a friendly receptionist, and a caring and professional team made all the difference. Absolutely amazing service! Took care of me the moment I met them and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I knew I could trust them to fix my teeth. I joined this surgery when I moved to Surbiton from Hampshire a couple of decades ago, following recommendations. At that time I lived in the same road, a minute away. Since then I have moved a good half-hour drive away but continue to make the journey for my dental work. Mr White is my dentist and I have always found him to be extremely competent, and not wishing to undertake any structural work until it is absolutely required, yet excellent in executing it when needed. The surgery staff are always helpful and the building itself is an architectural gem

When you are an elderly refugee, it is difficult to adapt to a foreign country. Especially when something starts to hurt. And when I started having problems with my teeth, I was in a panic. I had a wonderful experience at Morden Park Dental Practice and I would highly recommend it. The clinic is clean and cosy and the staff are very accomodating and welcoming. Drs Serena and Roshan have been thorough and excellent in explaining the procedure necessary for my dental needs giving me a detailed instruction in every step which helped greatly with my anxiety with dental treatments. They adjust according to what is best and most comfortble for their clients ensuring a great patient experience. Nurse Kate has been lovely and amazing. She was very much reassuring during my procedure and it helped alleviate my nerves. The staff are also warm, friendly and very helpful. I am happy with the results and am grateful for the outstanding service.

This is an amazing dental practice which provides a very professional service with friendly staff who go above and beyond! I needed some emergency dental work and Serena and the whole team at Morden Park Dental Practice were very accommodating. After seeing me at short notice they were able to carry out the work to a high standard, carefully explaining what they were doing at each stage of the process. There was excellent after care and the communications from the team were always very useful, reminding me of appointment times and even letting me know that there were road closures in the area. Malden Dental Care is an absolutely impeccable service run by Dr Jasani and his team. As soon as you walk through the door you are are made to feel welcome by his friendly staff and there is such a relaxing atmosphere in the waiting area that puts you at ease even before you see the dentist. I had a procedure carried out by Dr Jasani recently and it was completed with such care, precision and exceptional technical skills. He allowed me to watch with a mirror. I could see just how much effort went into my seemingly routine procedure, which perhaps you may not find elsewhere. Amazing service and care - forgotten I even had a problem with my tooth! The team are so amazing with calm clear explanations before, during and after the treatment. Malden Dental Care is without a shadow of a doubt, the ABSOLUTE BEST Dental Practice I have ever visited. Reena was absolutely amazing, understanding, compassionate and VERY Professional. She reassured me throughout my treatment, after noticing I was very anxious regarding an extraction. Even just by simply touching my shoulder that I was going to be ok, was so very comforting. Fantastic experience with both the dentist, and the hygienist. I had my teeth cleaned at another dental practice half a year ago and they claimed that only airflow would remove the tea stains. Here the stains were all gone with just a regular clean and polish. Could not recommend highly enough. The dentist was fabulous too. She did an excellent job in my teeth.

I needed an emergency appt and was in pain and had spoken with 3 other practices all of who had been quite abrupt and seemed annoyed by my urgency.. They managed to get an appointment at a time that worked for everyone involved and were incredible at getting back to me when I was in-between meetings. I had a molar extracted, and the whole process from Reception to post extraction was very smooth and professional. The procedure was clearly explained to me, and the actual extraction was painless, even the anaesthetic injections were hardly felt. Printed advice and guidance for aftercare was given to me , and a follow up call to me the next day was made to check that all was well. A first class service in all respects.

I spent a long time trying to work out who to go to and what to do about my old, uneven veneers before landing on Hassan at Surbiton Dental. I ended up opting for Invisalign treatment as well as a new set of veneers and I couldn't be happier with how it has all turned out. It's the best money I have ever spent. Hassan is great and also really lovely to catch up with when I go in for my check ups :)
