I recently had a dental procedure at Hemel Smile Studios as part of my orthodontic treatment and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They made me feel at ease every step of the way, taking the time to explain the procedure and reassure me through the entire process. Their kindness and patience truly stood out, and it made a potentially stressful experience feel surprisingly comfortable. Special shout out to Dr. Mariam ⭐ and Georgia ⭐ they were both absolutely amazing. The care I received was exceptional, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout. I’m happy with the outcome and the level of service I experienced. I would absolutely recommend this dental practice to my family and friends without hesitation!

Hemel Smile Studios (Marlowes) came to my rescue for a dental emergency! When I arrived at the Clinic, I was greeted by friendly competent staff and received an appointment almost immediately with Dr Shamir Shah. Dr Shah's warm and professional demeanour really put me at ease, and he was able to resolve quickly the issue of a dangerously loose orthodontic wire retainer behind my front teeth. In fact, I feel that the precise work that he carried out is better than the original orthodontic placements that were initially done by my Orthodontist in Switzerland. I commend Dr Shah for his excellent work and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled, highly trained and efficient Orthodontist-Dentist. I always have a good experience here my dentist Mariam and hygienist Carman are always friendly, give great advice and make sure I am comfortable during my appointments. They always take the time to ask me if I have any concerns about my teeth and overall oral health. The receptionist staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

At the grand old age of 53 I have a smile I finally love and lots of confidence to smile all thanks to Mr Shah. After 2 years of fixed braces and regular appointments to fit around my busy schedule, Mr Shah and the dental nurses made this possible, never had any problems getting advice or my questions answered, no issues with scheduling appointments if I had to reschedule. If i had any problems with my dental appliances it was always sorted in a timely manner. I can honestly say from start to finish of my treatment it was never an unpleasant experience and wish I had done it years ago. Thank you Mr Shah and all the team at the Smile Studio, Marlowes, I highly recommend 😁

In my experience, staff are always helpful, efficient and welcoming. I’ve been with this dental surgery since childhood (I’m now 40!) and now my children are with them too. The dental care has been excellent too. 👍🏻
