What an amazing experience from start to finish at this dentist practise. Very helpful and welcoming receptionists. My dentist and her team of nurses was very kind and profesional. My fear of dentists might be cured. Thank you for the great treatment. If I could I would give 10*.

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for a while now and cannot rate this practise highly enough. The receptionists are lovely, always helpful and warm. And the dentist I’m under is lovely. Always explains things to me and helped me massively today with my impacted wisdom tooth. Got taken seriously, seen and prescribed antibiotics within the hour. I have always been impressed with this dental practice and my treatments by my dentist Hema Mistry at Bennetts End Smile Studio. Today at my appointment I was booked in by Sabrina on reception. She has such a lovely caring way about her and was particularly kind and helpful to me, as I have to use a walker. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Currently there as an NHS patient and I'm so impressed. Staff are polite and so helpful, and Dr. Patel has been so resssuring regarding my treatment. I've needed an emergency appointment and was seen the same day, and they're always so reassuring and friendly when my dentist shy toddler has a check up. Couldm't rate them highly enough, very grateful for their service.

I have had a very good experience with hemel smile studios. Especially Ashlie who has helped me through the whole process of the cost of the retainer, the process of what will happen and spoke to me the whole time i was waiting for the dentist to come out to help calm my nerves and all around was extremely helpful. Ashlie has been working each time i have come in and she was helpful both those times even if she was quite busy she made sure she had time for me!
