Today was the day I'd been both excited for and dreading in equal measure!! Implant surgery!!! I'd managed to eat half a banana on the way to the practice but couldn't manage anything else. On arrival, Richard was absolutely delightful, immediately putting me at ease 🙂 I was given an antibiotic powder drink and sat relaxing in reception. When I went through to the surgery with Caroline, the nurse, Mikey and Ed were waiting for me with a warm greeting and smiles 😃. I sat in the chair and the procedure was explained clearly. This really helped. During the injection to numb the area, Caroline spoke very calmly, reminding me to take deep breaths and relax. After this, I actually felt absolutely nothing!! Some mild vibration at a couple of points but, generally the entire process was smooth, relaxing and I felt completely in safe hands at all times. I am delighted with the wonderful care from Mikey and the Bowhouse team. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mikey and assure you that you will be in the safest of hands before, during and after the procedure 💙

I have had THE most transformational journey at Bow House Dental, Tring, with the incredible skills of surgeon Dr Michael Ellis. I had been looking for years for a solution to an issue which had me feeling like no one could help. Dr Ellis not only found a solution, he created a huge transformation and was incredibly professional and present. I can honestly say that the care at Bow House has been consistent, caring, considerate and at every stage I was listened to, consulted and supported. So THANK YOU - for all that you do. Dr Ellis is hugely talented, I couldn't recommend you enough, and he has the best playlist too, as when you are there for a 16 teeth transformation you definitely need good music!

We are so grateful to have found Bow house which is by far the best dental practice we have ever been to and we were treated more like family than customers. Me and my partner both are so happy with the treatment and the care we received by an incredible team. I am a very nervous patient and required more surgical treatments and this would not have been possible anywhere else, Bow House are fantastic at supporting nervous patients and the whole team make you feel safe, informed and at ease. You will be greeted by Richard the busiest man in the UK who is also the nicest man we have ever met and in our opinion is one of the key cogs to the practice. Richard is so helpful and goes above and beyond for his patients. Even if problems arise, Richard will find solutions and his relationships with patients is clear to see. We love coming in and chatting whilst we wait to be seen (Yes Richard also somehow finds time to talk with us whilst answering calls continuously in the reception). He is the epitome of the swan analogy and a huge thank you from the both of us for everything.
