From start to finish the Bow House team, Ben, Wendy, Dr. Pithwa and all the nursing staff, have been nothing short of amazing! They make you feel right at home, nothing is too much trouble for them. I had Invisalign, and have had amazing results! Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs! :)

I went to see Dr Ed Bottrill following a recommendation. I am so pleased I did. The dental work I needed lasted around 18months. Ed put me at ease from day one. Above all he was very transparent about the treatment, the pros and cons, what the next steps would be and what I would need to do to ensure I got the best outcome. This level of transparent comms was fantastic and in my view is extremely rare. His manner is extremely professional, friendly and supportive - I cannot emphasise this enough. His enthusiasm did not wane through the treatment process. I actually felt like I was his only client. I recommended my wife to see Ed too as she is an extremely nervous patient, and he has made feel completely comfortable in one visit. I cannot recommended Ed enough to anyone needing a dentist. You would think that Bowhouse Dental is his business, in the way he communicates and upholds strong values around client care and communication. 5 stars do not do him justice and Bowhouse Dental are extremely fortunate to have him.

I cannot recommend Bow House enough. As someone who is very anxious going to appointments, every member of the team has made me feel extremely calm and reassured. All members of staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is Fab!
