My family and I have been going to this dental practice for over 36 years! The team of dentists, hygienists, nurses and receptionists have all been excellent - utterly professional, hardworking and wholly committed to their patients. Every single one has provided expert care and service. Warm, welcoming, and reassuring, they always listen carefully and explain what the options are and what they are doing. This makes all the difference in building confidence and trust. My kids are now 36 and 34 with perfect teeth, thanks to this dental practice and in particular, Dr. Susan Westhead. She is without doubt a really gifted dentist but at Quaintways, the whole team is dedicated and skilled. They all go the extra mile to help people. To name just a few - dental nurses Lily, Charlotte, Georgia and Hygienists Ruben and previously Belinda have all been so supportive and professional. The receptionists are also excellent - they return calls and always do their best to accommodate appointments and fit people in. They all care about their patients and work as a team. Interestingly, Dr. Harry Bowden, Susan's son, has now joined the practice and is proving to be just as exceptional a dentist as his mother! I recommend this dental surgery without reservation and thank them for everything they have done to safeguard my family's dental health over decades. Truly outstanding service.

Highly recommend this dental surgery. Admittedly there’s plenty of other places I’d rather visit, but as far as dentists go - they’re brilliant. Friendly, professional, helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better service. They inform you of the work they recommend and why and also explain the procedures and how things work. Will be using them from here on!

I was recommended to this practice by two retired dentist friends, having received poor treatment from my current one. My first visit yesterday was a real revelation! Harry Bowden was everything I had hoped for - friendly, efficient, obviously very competent and confident and incredibly thorough. I have a lot of treatment ahead of me to right past wrongs but I am absolutely certain that, in a few months time, the trauma of enduring the drill and the pliers will have done wonders for my mouth, if not my bank balance! I’ve now had my first two treatments: a lovely lady hygienist who was efficient, friendly and chatty; and a wisdom tooth extraction done by Harry who is a genius - I didn’t know he’d taken it out until he showed the offending tooth to me! Everyone is so calm and friendly - it’s almost a pleasure to visit!
