Like many people, I used to be a very nervous patient when it came to visiting the dentist, however from my very first appointment at Gwynne Dentistry a year ago I no longer feel that way. This is due entirely to Georgina, who always makes me feel welcome and ensures that I am ok throughout any process. She explains what she will be doing and has a very caring, reassuring manner. I had an appointment with Lilly and Freya, and they are quite extraordinary. They worked on my tooth for nearly an hour, and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. They calmed my nerves every step of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have found my new dental practice and, with confidence, can recommend them to anyone. Thank you

First impressions - couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Two months later and after six appointments - a brilliant experience. Top notch service by a dedicated professional team who give the impression of thoroughly enjoying their work and genuinely putting the interests of the patient first. Friendly smiles, and not just dental smiles, are in abundance everywhere. This is the first dental practice that has inspired me sufficiently to bother submitting a review, and I have visited several. Without hesitation, I award it five stars. Georgina is the best dentist I’ve ever had, she really looked after me when I had my wisdom tooth extraction. I was in so much pain and so worried but Georgina was reassuring and painlessly removed my tooth, Whilst I held the nurses hand! Also the receptionist is very helpful too! I must also say how spotless the surgery is.

Excellent and quick service especially in these current times! I needed my veneer that had come off to be re-cemented, I sent a photo to Aarti and she responded that evening. She made an appointment for me and I was seen within 2 weeks. Very happy with the service and dental work. Highly recommended Dental centre with a great cohesive and professional team!

This is a private dental practice so I guess you would expect better than normal service, but I cannot fault the service I receive. I had need of urgent dental care earlier this year and they were able to expedite my treatment much to my relief. For years my wife has had a phobia of dentists however she is comfortable attending here. All the staff are extremely friendly and polite and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

All staff are caring and delightful. The dentist that dealt with my care was exceptionally good. She took time to discuss treatment with me and put me completely at ease. We joined the Andover Smile Centre practice on a friend’s recommendation and are so very pleased we did. I wrote the above review a little while ago but just wanted to add an update. I have just had a crown fitted and am so pleased with it. Excellent treatment from very caring staff. A big thank you.

I cannot recommend Andover Smile enough. The treatment received is 100% first class right from the minute you walk in until the moment you leave. This practice is a must visit all the staff can put the most nervous of patients at ease. I promise that once you have experience d the professionalism of this dentist you will never visit another.

I've personally never had a fear of dentists, but for anyone who does, they will be made to feel comfortable and safe. I was sceptical about an extraction being pain free - but it was. Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

I have been with Hampshire Dentists for about 16 years and Robin Hanna has always been so supportive, professional and positive with my Dental concerns, I would like to thank him and his team for everything they have done, especially for my recent implants and bridge, it was a long journey but he is so careful to get a brilliant result. After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Had the pleasure of working here yesterday as a locum nurse with a lovely hygiene therapist and can honestly say this is the best/ nicest practice I have ever been too. The nurses are AMAZING. Couldn’t help anymore if they tried, reception and the dentists as well as management are lovely and friendly. Not usually one to write reviews but what a lovely practice, would definitely recommend.

Attended an emergency appointment today the dentist was fantastic and careful not to cause pain as I’ve got an abscess , can’t fault the surgery , only fault is that the phones are never answered when you call and resorted to emails in the end and got a call back , Thats ok for me but for the dissabled and elderly people who don’t email or text this is a big problem , and that’s why I gave four stars .

I phoned the dental practice at 5 minutes before my appointment due to a traffic jam on Hayling Island to tell them I would not make my appointment time. I was told it would have to be rebooked. It was an urgent appointment and it was booked for 2 hours later. What a great service. I was seen on time and the dentist was really good. Thanks for the great service, particularly when you are in pain.

Absolutely brilliant service. Holly on reception is always kind and friendly and efficient. Emily is my hygenist who makes me feel very comfortable and puts my fears of going to the dentist at ease.

I recently attended Redenham Park Dental Practice for the first time. My whole experience was very pleasant considering I am such a nervous patient! The dentist discussed all the treatment options with me. She and her staff were all so friendly and nice.

Absolutely thrilled that my daughters tooth could be returned to its former state after a terrible job done by her dentist. This is cosmetic dentistry at its finest!!! She went to her dentist who, we thought had ruined her front tooth, and due to the skill and perfection of this practice, is happy to smile again. Thankyou ladies so very much!

I have been using this practice since it set up at Redenham Park. Dr. Maitri has been keeping my aging mouth in good health over these years, using fillings, crowns, or implants as appropriate. All options are offered and the benefits of each option are explained in as much detail as you need to make the choice. Then the procedure is expertly carried out in the calm surroundings. I could not be more satisfied with this excellent dental practice.

Had 8 teeth pulled , and dentures fitted , absolutely fantastic service totally put at ease , by both dentist and dental nurse. Even had a follow-up call the next day to check everything was OK. Cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you

Me and my son both had a check-up appointment booked in with Aimen Benlamri and he was as nice as can be! Very friendly with my 6 year old, showing him my x-rays they took of my teeth on the computer screen 😆 The other woman (who's name I didn't catch, sorry) was also kind and chatty with my little man which I was very grateful for! 🥰 The receptionists were all lovely also! We both had a positive experience and left feeling calm and content 🙂

Frankie the Hygienist was superb. I am a nervous dentist goer but she was kind and very supportive. Did a fantastic job. Dentist identified problems with my teeth and has referred me to Portsmouth specialist for re root canal

We have recently joined the practice and have been very pleased with the service we have received so far. Staff are friendly and welcoming. My daughter recently needed an appointment to check what was causing her pain and we got an appointment later the same day. Appointments were running on time and the problem was diagnosed quickly and advice and prescription given. Very pleased.

The treatment i received was so good and thorough from the start in reception to the end of my visit.

Dentist Susannah Cater and her nurse Tina are always very professional, friendly and PATIENT with me 10stars plus to them (l'm not a fan of dentist). Only problem is talking to reception as l hate computers emails, links etc are beyond my skills at 73yrs. l like to talk to a human when the phone is answered (never is) so l have to visit to try and make appt, but not receptionists fault it the system company use. All of the Team from Reception to the Dentist and Assistant were all very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered thoroughly, for the procedure. Dentist Mohammad was very reassuring and always a delight to see and to chat to. I would recommend this Dental Practice for all dental queries and everyone was just lovely.

Having given up my dentist of nearly 40years due to distance I wondered how I would feel starting again at Damira but I was nothing but delighted. Fatima is a sweet young woman, I felt very comfortable with her. The Receptionist was also extremely pleasant and the general atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. My first time meeting Dirk, he was extremely welcoming, friendly and communicated well throughout my appointment. He made sure to make time, to meet my personal requests and his assistant was also reassuring whilst having treatment. Very happy with the service received. Kind, fast, and we're able to immediately perform the actions needing to be taken after my check up, very positive experience. I immediately booked a new appointment and they have quickly become my go to dentist.

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.

Me minty is always caring, compassionate and treats me very well. Very nervous at the dentist and he’s the only person I trust to do anything. He always puts my nerves at ease.
