I needed an urgent appointment and sent in a email. I got a phone call 15 minutes later and had an appointment later that day. Dentist was great, quickly identified the problem and received the appropriate treatment. This is a new dental practice for me, and everyone is polite and helpful. I could not wish for better than that.

Attended an emergency appointment today the dentist was fantastic and careful not to cause pain as I’ve got an abscess , can’t fault the surgery , only fault is that the phones are never answered when you call and resorted to emails in the end and got a call back , Thats ok for me but for the dissabled and elderly people who don’t email or text this is a big problem , and that’s why I gave four stars .

Absolutely brilliant service. Holly on reception is always kind and friendly and efficient. Emily is my hygenist who makes me feel very comfortable and puts my fears of going to the dentist at ease.

I phoned the dental practice at 5 minutes before my appointment due to a traffic jam on Hayling Island to tell them I would not make my appointment time. I was told it would have to be rebooked. It was an urgent appointment and it was booked for 2 hours later. What a great service. I was seen on time and the dentist was really good. Thanks for the great service, particularly when you are in pain.

Had the pleasure of working here yesterday as a locum nurse with a lovely hygiene therapist and can honestly say this is the best/ nicest practice I have ever been too. The nurses are AMAZING. Couldn’t help anymore if they tried, reception and the dentists as well as management are lovely and friendly. Not usually one to write reviews but what a lovely practice, would definitely recommend.
