I have been using this practice since it set up at Redenham Park. Dr. Maitri has been keeping my aging mouth in good health over these years, using fillings, crowns, or implants as appropriate. All options are offered and the benefits of each option are explained in as much detail as you need to make the choice. Then the procedure is expertly carried out in the calm surroundings. I could not be more satisfied with this excellent dental practice.

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I am on the list of patients for this dentists, and I had a loss of a filling which was a week away from my celebratory holiday. They obliged very quickly and solved the issue. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and the dentist did a great job on the filling. I have to admit that the expense surprised me a bit, but given my situation at the time I was happy to pay.

I have been with Andover Dental Practice for many years and the treatment I and my family have received has always been excellent and professional. Fillings are never a pleasant thought and having had 2 very old fillings replaced over the past week, Amelia sorted them out without me feeling a thing. Fatima is a sweet young woman, I felt very comfortable with her. The Receptionist was also extremely pleasant and the general atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. I have been dealing with the most fantastic Dentist and Nurse at the surgery. Omar has been so thorough and supportive with a new plate I have had made. Since after Christmas my plate has been getting loose. Yesterday Omar fitted me in at the end of his surgery. He took time to readjust and try to make the plate fit. Nothing has been a problem. He has treated me with patience, reassurance and complete professionalism. I feel certain that the problem is going to be rectified. Thank you both for your first class customer service.
