I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

Dr Laura Hills @Watercress Dental is really lovely and extremely patient. My visits to the dentist are very easy and not unpleasant at all. I would certainly recommend Laura Hills if you want a lovely confident, capable and caring dentist.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. My treatments have been exceptional and my first hygienist appointment today, was excellent. I have never had such a positive experience at a dental practice before. Recently joined the practice and the whole experience so far has been excellent. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My dentist and hygienist appointments have been perfect - I felt at ease the whole time and everything was explained to me both before, during and after. Cannot fault anything!

Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

Attended yesterday for an emergency appointment and was very impressed with the service I received! The receptionists Megan and Karen were friendly and helpful and Aleks and Diana were kind and professional. I loved coming here for my appointment and will happily return! Had an incident where my wire behind my teeth had snapped off ( fixed retainer ) when eating, I was able to find a quick appointment for the next day to resolve this. It was my first time in this practice and it’s was great! The staff were lovely and helped me with any questions I had whilst I was waiting, and the dentist Nick fixed my problem swiftly allowing me to carry on with my day. The place was very clean and refreshing, I know where I’ll be going for my next appointments! Thankyou NB Dental! Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Nick and his team for the wonderful way they have treated me. I went in the clinic with very bad teeth the treatment was pain free and they had a lot of patience and worked on a pace to suit me.All off them are very friendly and reassuring.Nick has treated and saved the majority of the teeth. Last week I had 2 appointments with Anita. I am a new client and a nervous one, due to difficulties encountered elsewhere. During my 1st appointment both Anita and Lorna ensured I was comfortable at all times, and showed a level of empathy and kindness I was really impressed with. Their communication was excellent so that I knew exactly what was happening. My 2nd appointment involved even more extensive and tricky treatment, yet again I had total confidence in Anita's skill. She is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism combined with her kind, calm and careful approach mean I will no longer dread a dental appointment. In addition she uses technology and techniques to provide a totally 5 star outcome. I cannot recommend the entire practice highly enough.

I have been visiting Anju for my dental care at the Zebon Copse Practice for several years and have been impressed by the excellent treatment I've received with regular checkups, hygienist visits, and some cosmetic work to remove old fillings. A big plus is how quickly I was able to receive emergency support when I had a painful gum infection. I've moved some distance away now, but I still travel back to Zebon Copse as I am not changing my dentist!

Absolutely amazing! Anita was extremely caring and explained anything needed in detail. Just had two fillings and these were completed very smoothly. I am new customer to this Practise and I cannot rate them highly enough from Reception to Dentists everyone is genuinely brilliant!

I was so impressed with my experience at Zebon Dental. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was very nervous before my procedure but Mr Kerawala and the nurse (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) with him did such a great job of putting me at ease before my procedure. Communicated very well what to expect and it was a very painless procedure. Although I couldn’t answer because I was working, I appreciated the follow up call the next day.

I 100% recommend. Excellent service from Rob and his professional team. Honest advise given. Upfront costings. I've personally never had a fear of dentists, but for anyone who does, they will be made to feel comfortable and safe. I was sceptical about an extraction being pain free - but it was. Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

I have only good things to say about this Dental Practice, from the Reception Staff to my Dentist Sukh and his Nurse Natasha. The Customer Service and treatment are both excellent. Visiting a Dentist can be a daunting experience but honestly I couldn't recommend them more highly, go ahead and make that appointment now, you will not regret it

I've been with Alton Dental for 6 years now, and they are by far the best dental practice I've attended. Dr Nik, Bethan and the receptionist team (Dhev and Grace) always greet you with a friendly, welcoming smile. You are never made to feel rushed, and Nik is always willing to explain/answer any questions. I've had all my old fillings restored over the past few years, and finished off with Invisalign; best decision ever! My teeth are in the best condition they've ever been in! I no longer feel nervous before a visit to the dentist as I know I'll have the best treatment. Thoroughly recommended! Thank you!

Thanks to my amazing dentist Sukh & the fabulous Natasha, having treatment is now a genuinely happy experience. I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. Ryan took the time to explain everything and didn’t put any pressure on me when talking about treatment options.

We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues🙄

I am on the list of patients for this dentists, and I had a loss of a filling which was a week away from my celebratory holiday. They obliged very quickly and solved the issue. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and the dentist did a great job on the filling. I have to admit that the expense surprised me a bit, but given my situation at the time I was happy to pay.

I had such a good experience with this dental practice. I am very scared and anxious of going to the dentist in general, but Amelia is incredibly patient and supportive. She is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Cannot praise her enough for being so kind and putting me at ease.

I have been with Andover Dental Practice for many years and the treatment I and my family have received has always been excellent and professional. Fillings are never a pleasant thought and having had 2 very old fillings replaced over the past week, Amelia sorted them out without me feeling a thing. I am absolutely terrified of Dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!
