Having had a lengthy & poor experience at another local dentist over a long period of time, I went to New Street, after reading their reviews, with my complex dentistry problems. This has turned out to be the best decision I have ever made. They have been outstanding in their care & treatment of me. Starting a year ago with a pre-consult with Hollie, a care coordinator who actually listened to me and gave me hope. The excellent reception staff who are professional, welcoming & friendly. The lovely Paige (hygienist) who sorted out my gum issues and got me back on track. The amazing Irem who performed the surgery required for synthetic bone to be grown to enable me to finish this journey. And finally the fabulous Jackie (dentist) & her team who have given me back my confidence after a lifetime of problems. Through Jackie and her skilled technician, I have finally been able to have a bridge fitted. The attention to detail was more than I could have ever hoped for and the bridge is perfect. Jackie talked me through ever step during the past year, ensuring I always clearly understood my options. She is incredible at her job and I will always be grateful for this. Sorry this is long, but I cannot recommend these guys more highly. My journey was necessary due to a childhood accident and no other reason.

Such a professional body of people from reception to dentist’s chair. They are very caring people and nothing is too much trouble. In other practices, you feel that time is of the essence, whereas New Street seem to factor in this additional time that you need. I would definitely recommend the practice.

A brilliant dentist who are not judgemental and put you at ease. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and I was so scared but I was totally reassured by the dentist and he wouldn’t continue with the procedure until I was totally numbed up. Not something I would want to go through with again but if I did I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend :)

A very personal dental service, from an exceptionally patient and expert team. Always putting me at ease during the treatments I have had with James at this practice... Treatments have included, large fillings, and crowns. Obviously not nice procedure, due to its nature. But I'm very happy with James' skill, professionalism and care.
