I’ve always been terrified of dentists, but Richmond Dental Suite has completely changed how I feel about it. Dr. Anitimos and his team are amazing—so gentle, professional, and kind. They’ll put your mind at ease and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The energy between the team is incredible—they clearly enjoy working together, and their humor will definitely brighten your day! Honestly, I almost fell asleep in the chair because the whole thing was so painless and relaxing. Also Helena, one of the hygienist, is brilliant too—super gentle but also really thorough. If you’re someone who dreads going to the dentist, I can promise you’ll feel totally at ease here. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Best dentist experience ever! I visited the practice while on holiday due to sudden tooth pain, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. The clinic is beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kanap Patel quickly identified the cause of my discomfort and provided outstanding treatment. Not only was the issue resolved, but the aesthetic result was incredible as well! The treatment was absolutely painless, and the entire experience was relaxed and professional. The energy in the practice is fantastic, the team is super friendly and caring. A truly top-notch experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr Chang is a great specialist. He is knowledgable and describes the whole procedure and answer questions. I had done two implants with him and I am absolutely thankful to him and his team. I have been a patient of Dr Chong for over 10 years and have always loved his work. I had 2 implans done, preceded by complex extractions and followed by regular check ups. Dr Chong is professional and skilled. He is thorough and methodical with his work, explaining every step of the treatment. Always very calming, which makes you feel more confident in his work. Every single person I meet at the dental practice is polite, friendly and professional and they really make you feel comfortable. I can't recommend them more highly. In my opinion and experience Dr Chong and his professional team provide the best dental experience I have ever known. I have known Dr. Chong and his team for 8 years and have had three implants inserted and one bone grafting with very good, long lasting results. Dr.Chong personally took the time to educate me about implants and how to look after them. The team was professional, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I am pleased to say at my last appointment I was smiling & laughing, & that is all thanks to Dr Hap Gill & his wonderful team. Right from the start everyone was very patient & caring, they took time to get to know me, listen to me & explain everything clearly to me (I've had Invisalign & 3 veneers), which really built up my trust. They even played my favourite music to help me feel relaxed! I can't recommend them enough & wish I had found them sooner. I’ve been visiting this dental practice for a couple of years now and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. I’ve had several procedures done, including tooth extraction, Invisalign, dental hygiene, and veneers. The difference these treatments have made in my smile and confidence is incredible. The best dental practice for very nervous patients. From the moment I made contact due to an emergency the care and compassion I was shown was second to none . Lizzy on reception was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns prior to my arrival there. On arrival Lizzy helped calm me when I burst into tears with the nerves. She is so kind and is a credit to the team. Dr Hap Gill is amazing his calm, gentle, professional approach made me feel I was in good hands and I sure was . He spoke to me about my fears and gave me the best treatment I was calmer than I have ever been. Lorna the kind gentle dental nurse really looked after me chatting and reassuring me I felt so looked after by her I just felt so understood and cared for . She is very experienced and professional she just knows if you need to take a break. I came to this dentist as a stranger and felt like a friend when I left there. I had an awful situation where I’d fainted and fractured a front veneered tooth - I looked a right sight! Hap and his team accommodated me at such short notice (and at a weekend). I don’t know how he did it, but in 30 minutes Hap had transformed a nightmare back to a smileable reality - he is so skilled, I was not expecting such a flawless looking interim repair. Michael Nigro was my first dentist when I moved to London in 2003. I moved away from the area in c.2010 - since then, every dentist I have seen (without exception, including overseas) has commented on the ‘exceptional / impressive’ work completed during my time at Roseneath. I’ve had a recent need for some dental work and (despite no longer living nearby) decided to rejoin Roseneath to see Michael. I have absolute confidence in his work and approach to ‘telling me how it is and what is needed’. The proactive approach taken works far better for me than a reactive basis which, in my experience, is too common. Prices are very comparable when tested against other surgeries and, I’d argue, very good value given the quality of work and advice provided. All colleagues at the surgery are extremely pleasant to deal with - appointments are readily available, normally at reasonably short notice. I’d have zero hesitation recommending.

The true measure of a real professional is one who says what he sees, explains what he is going to do, and then does it with maximum of patience, skill, diligence, and calmness. Dr. Kieran Smart is just that- a true modern professional using the latest in technology and dental (and personal) skills. Having reconstructed my mouth a few years ago with inlays etc, he dispatched a wisdom tooth with a bare minimum of blood and pain after the judicious use of a 360° X-ray and meticulous patient process. I waited a few days to see how it panned out, and here I am. Back in business. Five stars.

Our whole families have been Dr Smart’s patients for many years since we moved to Kingston. He is so experienced and most impressive is his detailed explanation for every steps. He Re-did my root canal of two teeth 2 years ago. I have never been suffered any uncomfortable from my teeth anymore since then. He also did my son’s Orthodontics perfectly. At the beginning of this week, I went to see Dr Orsteen at his clinic for my root canal treatment after having only contacted his team in late December/early January with an urgent request. I was able to get booked in for an early appointment on a Monday morning, meaning I had the rest of my day to travel back home and recover. I felt the numbing injections initially, however after this the entire procedure was totally pain-free. I was expecting the worst, as root canals have a bad reputation about being so painful, but I honestly have had none at all. I hardly needed to take any painkillers, just a few for an achy jaw (from keeping my mouth open). The receptionist and dental nurse were both so lovely, making sure I was okay during and after my treatment. Thank you so much Dr Orsteen, I would recommend anyone to come to your clinic for their root canal procedure.

Booking was straightforward and the clinic is lovely and clean. Dr Orsteen seems to have done a great job as the only pain felt was the numbing injection. The root canal was painless and over the counter painkillers were enough to get through the evening. I was pleasantly surprised that the pain is non existent by the next morning. I'm hoping there will be no reinfection after this.

Extremely happy with Dr Mani and his team! Lovely Rafi from the reception desk is very responsive and made sure I received a next day appointment for an emergency. Her communication is extremely kind and helpful which makes any dental experience much more pleasant. Dr Mani is very experienced and skilled. He laid out several options for my treatment and made sure I fully understood all aspects of it. The clinic provides excellent quality of dental and patient care. I feel very safe and well taken care of. Regular visits with the hygienist Ms Manshadi are effective and quick. The receptionist called back first thing on Sunday morning and managed to fit me in later that day. I joined this surgery after high recommendations from my wife. I'm a burly firefighter, and the only thing that has ever phased me is the dentist! Due to the history of dentists in my past, my wife was right (very unusual lol.) Hetal is the best dentist I have ever seen. Dont get me wrong, I still dont like going to the dentist, but she is always smiling and happy and makes the whole process (almost!) pleasant. Hard to believe I know! She always gives you full information on what treatment is required, what options are available, and ensures it's always a personally focussed experience. All of the staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating, and this is down to the superb practice Hetal and Sam have built up. Even during lockdown, we were kept up to date with information. I never normally write reviews, but this practice is so good it definitely warrants it. If anyone is scared of the dentist I truly advise you to try this practice as their happy attitude and treatment will change your mind.
