Chris removed our old fitted wardrobes and replaced them with new ones which maximised the space. He really listened to our brief and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He's friendly and also reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Refink recently planned out and installed my fitted wardrobes/cupboards/drawers. This was a full wall and it took some planning as it had a chimney breast in the middle that I wanted hiding. Chris did an amaizing job, he is very professional. His guidance and expertise choosing the right colour and style was so appreciated....and we absolutely love the end result. Absolutely brilliant service. We’ve had to units designed and created by Jake and we couldn’t fault them. The whole process is streamlined and his craftsmanship is impeccable. I’d say the photos speak for themselves!

Jake replaced our old inner window boards that had become extremely water damaged as well as adding new framework. He advised us on the best options and our windows now look amazing again! I was surprised at how quickly the work was done! Extremely quick and efficient but making sure the work is complete to the highest standard! I would recommend and definitely use Jake again for any other work we need doing. Thanks again Jake!

"Very, very happy with Dean's completion of the challenging task of installing a suspended pinewood ceiling immediately beneath an original, unstable lath & plaster ceiling. A really sound piece of work, with the timbers sanded then oiled and edged in beading to look top class. Dean then upgraded the existing woodwork and shelving around the room to give a unified, well-finished appearance. As a grand finale he redecorated the whole room to a truly professional standard. We thoroughly appreciated his readiness to ask for and swap ideas and suggestions at every stage, as well as his punctuality, reliability and tidiness; all part of his ultimate aim to produce an immaculate piece of work. Dean , recently, end of January 2025 , removed part of my kitchen units. Where there was an intergrated fridge freezer, which was broken. Dean made good the area , to fit a freestanding fridge freezer with his joinery skills and decorating ' painting ' . Highly delighted and would recommend Dean to friends and family.

We found it difficult to find someone to carry out a repair to our floor, but Dean was happy to take on the job. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to us clearly all the possible solutions. He was also punctual and finished the job on time. He even put the underlay and carpet back down properly and was very tidy. The defect was completely remedied and we couldn't be happier with the results. The thing we liked most about Dean was that he took pride in his work and didn't cut corners. We will definitely be calling on his services again for other jobs and can't recommend him highly enough.

A definite 5 stars for this trader. From our first communication we were impressed. Dean replied promptly, arranging a visit to view the potential work. He was punctual, discussed in great detail his ideas of solutions for the job. He then provided a very detailed, clearly laid out estimate: costings, itinerary of timescales etc. He arrived promptly each day, was polite and courteous, communicated well as work progressed, giving ideas and options and keen to show how he was progressing at all stages. We felt very much involved. His attention to detail and pride in his work are obvious, increasingly rare these days. We wish we had met Dean years ago and have no hesitation in recommending him to others for both his very high standards and craftsmanship, but also his personable nature. Saf is an amazing wood worker. He is able to make custom pieces ranging from bespoke furniture to intricate designs for Mosques. Been fortunate enough to see some of his pieces come to life. I would definitely recommend him for projects :) thanks Saf

We just had a media wall put in our living room and we absolutely love it. Alex was professional throughout the whole process, giving us updates and advise along the way. Alex did a lot of bespoke work in my kitchen - fitting units and a mantel, building bespoke cupboards and making doors to match some elsewhere. He even helped me to match up handles from elsewhere too. He’s a super guy, super friendly and professional and happy to go above and beyond for customers. Couldn’t recommend more.

We've been struggling off and on for a few years with coving that runs above some shelving either side of a chimney breast and eventually one section fell off completely. So we decided we had to resolve this once and for all, we'd seen some potential options online and started looking around for a suitable trade person to solve this problem. We eventually found Carl at Cookridge Carpentry and his response was prompt and positive. Following a couple of 'false starts' we finally hit on a solution that we could proceed with when he provided a rough dummy. Carl turned up when he said he would and grafted really hard to make sure we reached the result we were looking for. His work was very clean and tidy with little mess, which was surprising. He also spent plenty of time cleaning up after himself on both days. Both local and quality result... winner! We would have no hesitation in recommending Cookridge Carpentry for appropriate work, very professional throughout.

We could not be any happier with the service and products (bespoke bench tops and fitting) from Carl. After being let down badly by another firm Carl came in a rectified a bad situation with professionalism, speed and high quality. Booked Ross to build some bespoke storage into a new hallway / garage conversion. He did an absolutely fabulous job as you can see from the pics. Ross recently built us some fitted shelves and a media cabinet from oak with a beautiful grain. The finished product is stunning and has transformed our living room. Ross and Amy were very easy to communicate with. When he was on site, Ross worked quickly and left the room immaculate.

Following a recommendation from a friend, we recently contacted Ross to fit some bespoke wardrobes for us. From the very start Ross was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional guiding and advising us on the best approach given the slightly awkward place where the wardrobes were to be fitted (within a sloped roof loft conversion). However, the end result he achieved is fantastic and we could not be happier. The quality of the materials and quality of the finish could not have been be better and we will definitely be reaching out to Ross again soon for our next project. We highly recommend.
