From the very first interaction, Jake demonstrated excellent communication, ensured alternatives were in place so shaving the doors wouldn't make a mess internally and provided us with a fair rate. He was punctual, sticking to the agreed-upon schedule, and showed great dedication once he started the job. Jake's professionalism was evident as he carried out his work efficiently, displaying impressive skills in joinery. He took the time to offer valuable aftercare advice. Very pleased to have found that Jake was conscientious about leaving the place in the same condition as when he arrived.
