Ian was really helpful and came out the same day our heating stopped working and managed to fix the problem for us straight away. He was great in explaining what he was doing and letting us know what needed to be done, really friendly and a great service! Thanks Ian!

Ian was highly professional and polite. He installed a new boiler and had to run all new pipes from the gas main in just under 2 days. I was amazed I don't think he stopped once. Contacted Ian regarding our boiler pressure issues we had. I explained the issues and said that it wasn't an emergency. However he arrived within 24 hours, he arrived on time updated me when enroute. Completed the works, had all the required parts on the van. Talked us through everything he done. Would highly recommend Ian and I have already spoken to him about future works.
