Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand!
