Bespoke built in wardrobe 5*

Recently moved house and our bedroom was only suitable for a bespoke built in wardrobe due to its odd shape. We contacted several large companies who really couldn’t get to grips with our bespoke idea & wanted us to change our minds!
We were recommended James via word of mouth as he was local and we got him round to have a look. He was very good with explaining how things would go and expertly measured up. He listened to what we wanted, added his own ideas and advice but nothing was a problem and he designed & quoted exactly what we asked for. His prices were competitive and he ensured we had a final price with no hidden extras or surprises.

James used quality materials and discussed all fittings and fixtures with us before purchase. The finish of the wardrobe is outstanding, little details such as the edging on the doors really makes his work special. He turned up daily on time. Worked in all weather conditions, was incredibly polite, friendly and probably the cleanest tradesman we have used.

We 100% will be using James again in the near future when replacing our kitchen!

I asked James to build me a bookcase and I have been blown away with James’s professionalism, attention to detail, communication and care. He completely understood what I was looking for and suggested oak, which is absolutely perfect in the setting. His timeframe was realistic, he was flexible and his time keeping spot on. He shared his passion for his craft, all of which I was able to follow on Instagram, seeing the whole thing coming together in his workshop before it was expertly fitted in my home. James is a friendly and engaging craftsman whose workmanship and pride in his work is evident. It was a pleasure to work with James. Would I recommend him? It’s a BIG YES from me.

James made a new sash window, window frame and ledge for us. He kept us informed of progress at all times. From his photos it was good to see our window taking shape. On installation it fitted perfectly and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Well done James. We will certainly use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I have been following James for a while and was always really impressed with the carpentry work he was doing so I asked if he would provide my customer with some built in wardrobe doors for there boot room before I was to spary them, James turned up when promised and me and my customer were really impressed with his knowledge and the way James went about measuring the space and talking through the job in hand, well the end product speaks for itself, you would think they have come out a factory there that good.
Really looking forward to decorating these doors and have recommended James to other customers
