He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed.
