Had a leaking faucet in bathtub. Called SW15 Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they sent Ben to my house. Service was great, Ben was very nice and a pleasure to work with! Got the job done and fast!
They answered my call right away at 7 AM and were able to schedule the service the same day. Service was provided by David, who was gracious to crawl to the water shut-off in our basement - thank you David! My room was flooded. They helped file my insurance claim and connected me with the right people with non-related plumbing work. This was my first leaking issue so I was worried, anxious and everything combined. Victor and Kenny made me feel at ease and walked me through everything I need to know. They were very caring and honest about their work. I really appreciated them. With the quickest service and a great price, I would recommend. I will be calling them in the future if I need anymore plumbing work.
