The leak from the toilet cistern was more than I felt competent to tackle, so I was extremely grateful when Mark and his mate turned up at the at the time I'd arranged with Lisa, and fixed the leak with the minimum of fuss and mess. I will certainly be turning to Kingwood again for those plumbing jobs that inevitably crop up in older houses like ours.
We have worked with Kingwood for many years in the installation and maintenance of our plumbing system, co-ordinating the system within our 6 bedroom London house. I cannot praise them highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and competitively priced. What has impressed us most is that they really take ownership and pride in their work - I have even had the owner of the company turn up on weekends and late at night to address any problems (which have been very few) at short notice. Workmanship and duty of care has been impeccable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark and his team. Also helps that they are really nice people too!
They have been absolutely fantastic, I had a leak which was bungled by another plumbing firm, but Kingwood came and sorted it all out without fuss. Everyone involved from their management to the plumbers themselves were very nice and professional.
They came when they said they would and was very reasonable in what they charged. I would not hesitate to use them again.
