Josh is a genius! He has fitted a new water heater for me. That was a real challenge and he worked tirelessly to get it done. He and Dan (his apprentice) also fitted a lovely shower for me in a situation that other plumbers wouldn't touch. My house is old and most of the pipe work is a wreck. This Sunday, he came and fixed a leak which was a result of some previous real cowboy plumbing. He did an absolutely wonderful job in very difficult cirumstances wedged in my tiny bathroom under the bath. Both Josh and Dan are real gentlemen and I would thoroughly recommend them for any plumbing job, big or small.

We have used J Samuel Plumbing for a number of years both at our own property, and at my mother's. We sought J Samuel out to do a total refurbishment on our bathroom - we asked for a consultation meeting to get Josh's opinions on our choices and the options available to us. We were provided with a date for work to commence, and a quote. Josh and Stevie did all work themselves, even the tiling. We could not have chosen a better company, with even better staff, to do the work in our home. They were contactable for any questions when not working in our property. We were advised if materials were incorrect or the quantity was too low, we were kept informed of progress and any changes in timetable. Stevie has been an absolute credit to the business with going above and beyond his duties with refurbishing our bathroom, as has Josh himself with doing all the work and staying late to finish the work. Our bathroom has just been finished - and it is more than we could have asked for or dreamed of. We cannot recommend Josh and his company enough, and we just want to thank you for giving us the bathroom some could only wish for. We will be forever grateful for your hard work and persistence to finish what is a perfect bathroom.
