Highly recommend. Very thorough and knowledgeable. They have helped me immensely figure out the source of a crazy Thames water bill, and were friendly throughout.
They responded very quickly to our original call and gave us confidence they could fix the issue with our bath tap in a timely manner. They visited the next day to assess the situation and came back the following day to fix the issue (needed extra parts). They also went above and beyond liaising with the tenant directly to find a suitable time. V happy.
