Development and new built Built 2 new Flats and complete refurbishment of existing flat. It has been pleasure working with Al Mamlaka Construction on this project which was our First large project. The team was friendly, co-operative and accommodating our needs .The work has been carried out to a good standard at reasonable cost and are pleased with the result though the work was delayed due to covid 19. Al Mamlaka construction is building block of seven flats for me at 37a Smitham Bottom Lane CR8. Happy with their level of professionalism, quality and progress. Planning could have been more intensive and through. I certainly recommend them for this size of development.
