After having my car mot at another garage it was returned with no power steering! Ashton service centre willing to take on and rectify this issue , replacement steering rack on mk5 golf and hopefully my car back later today better than before. The service I received from them is unpresidented the quality of workman ship communication and knowledge that is driven there everyday is too an exceptional standard. Honest and good mechanics are hard to find these days. For the last 5 years I have only been using AA motors. He is quick to find faults, repairs at the best standards and has reasonable pricing. Very highly recommended!

Excellent. Having a mid life crisis I was looking to buy a soft top vehicle.bought a car from Jaggers last week, . I live in the midlands so a lot of this transaction was based on trustworthiness of the company. My son in law went to view on my behalf. He said the staff were fabulous. No pressure to buy, answered all questions and provided all details. I contacted Emma the next day to arrange the sale, I questioned the mechanical worthiness (being a woman this was futile, but had asked men’s opinion). Emma, what a lovely bright and cheerful lady she was, she assured me of the cars condition even offering to change the timing belt (think it’s called) and full service and MOT. She even offered to tax it on my behalf. I really felt I could trust her so went ahead with the sale. On Friday 29 may my new car arrived, I am absolutely over the moon it’s in pristine condition sounds amazing and has many a male assure me that this was an excellent purchase. Just want to thank Jaggers and Emma for my little red Audi you have made me so happy that as a lady I was able to rely on a Garage that didn’t rip me off.

The absolute best. Take my car here for every little thing. The lady on reception and the engineers are all lovely and always do their best to make sure they help, they go above and beyond. They do seem to be the cheaper garage I’ve been to too, but always high quality. Brilliant garage.

Been coming to Premier for my moho mot since it first needed one. Today, 23/9 I realised I hadn't booked my motorcycle in and as I was on a day off, rang in the morning hoping they could fit me in for the afternoon. No problem at all. Except the bike decided to throw a wobbly. Rang them to let them know I might not be able to make it, and again no problem. Then I sorted bike out and although it was going to be later, AGAIN, not a problem. I highly recommend Premier MOTs, both for the tests and for their services as well.

I had an issue with my Audi when it went into limp mode Luqman and his team spent nearly 2 days carrying out detailed diagnostics and various tests to make sure they identified the correct issue and repaired it to a high standard I was always kept up to date with numerous phone calls from luqman who really went out of his way to sort my car out I will defo be recommending this garage to others as all the mechanics are very transparent knowledgeable and truly passionate about fixing cars to the highest standards

I have been taking my Audi A3 to the Drive in Service Centre for a good few years now and I have to say they are very professional and extremely informative. I am not a mechanic by trade so I appreciate the clarification / explanations as to what exactly needs doing and the true cost involved and so far I have been always happy with what i has been discussed. My car is my pride & joy so it’s only natural that you need to trust the garage you choose and I do. I find that compared to the main dealership they offer a much fairer price with an all round great service. I believe they use Audi parts too which is very important to me. Great garage 👍

Just had my car serviced and mot done. 5th year in a row as will not go anywhere else due to my trust in Nat and his team. Sorted out a top Bosch battery too at a price cheaper than a budget one so really pleased. Rachel in the office is a diamond and lovely too. This place is a credit to the motor industry and a tonic to have top quality service at a very fair price.
