Excellent service from this very knowledgeable BMW specialist, complete confidence when dropping off my BMW M135I Xdrive for a full service, Ian took my car, did a full service and told me that it should be ready in a few hours. An hour before it was ready Ian told me that I could collect when I was ready which I did. I can now drive in confidence. Very reasonable pricing compared to dealerships and I am glad I decided to take it to him and not the dealers. BMW warranty approved parts - Knowledgable individual who takes car of your cars - Pleasent experience through and through. This is the first time I did not get messed about when going to an independent garage so I appreciate that, as long as I have a BMW I will continue my business with you when my car requires it. I shall see you when I have done 5000 miles for an oil change 👌

I love my BMW but have had poor experiences with the dealerships. I had my car serviced at New Lane for the first time last year, and have just been back this week for its annual service. Ian is a pleasure to deal with, I was booked in quickly and the all done whilst I had a coffee at a local Costa 😀. Very competitive pricing and work carried out to a high standard. Ian will get all my BMW business in future!

My BMW was due for a service and I had 40 miles left on it before it was overdue. I rang main dealers and they were charging over £500! I then rang a couple of other places, one in Pudsey which I booked next week but they didn't give me a price. (This has now been cancelled, see below). I rang New Lane and spoke to Ian who asked how quick I need it doing and when I told him he said bring it in tomorrow morning and gave me a good price almost half that of the main dealer! I booked it in and he did the the full service and did my brake fluid for free. Super happy with the service and will be going here from now on.
