Excellent customer service. Rang garage for the first time as the battery on my car was on its way out. Phone was answered straight away. A new battery was ordered and fitted the same day at a decent price within a couple of hours. Very professional and respectful garage. Would definitely recommend to others.

From when met the owner I can honestly say I have experienced the best service that you could ask all the staff were polite. Given the price before the work was done. Excellent I’ll be using this garage again. 23/12/24 from previous experience with Seaforth I took my wife car for MOT and a service they gave me the excellent service like they did earlier this year when I took my car. Took my car in for its MOT today. My husband had highly recommended Saeed & his garage. I can seriously recommend this place for anyone! Fantastic customer service, kept us informed regarding the issues that needed sorting, extremely honest & friendly. Very professional & good value for money. We've been bringing our car here for a few years now and always happy with the service we get. Very reasonable prices and very honest - we asked for new tyres and they said we didn't need them, not sure every garage would admit that! The woman on the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. They are very popular with good reason, so best to book MOT/ services well in advance if you can. Highly recommend

I called K&S autos asking if they would be able to help with changing a side light bulb that was located in a position that I was unable to get to even after stripping out wheel arches. I was thrilled to be told that if I took my car up straight away they would attempt to fit a bulb before they closed for the weekend 45 minutes later. The effort and the can do attitude of the excellent engineers was amazing. They stripped out panels and parts off the car to create access and a little working space so one of them could get his arm in. Wow such a small gap. Cuts, radiator burns and trapped arms were endured to get near to the headlight and to change the bulb. Such a determined, professional and friendly team. This was the first time I have used this great company but won’t be the last. I recommend K&SAutos to everyone. Well done and thank you.

I've been going to Sultas for a while now for my beloved and aging Skoda Yeti, originally on the recommendation of someone I know who also takes a lot of pride in their car. They've done a lot of work done on various parts of the car. This ranges from engine work, suspension, brakes etc. Every time I've been, they've been friendly, understanding, good at listening to you and they've never suggested pointless jobs or tried to upsell me. Everything they've suggested has been clearly explained, to the point of them letting me into the workshop to have a look under the car while it's on the lift. I am not a mechanic but I do have an interest in that side of things, and the guys have always been open to having discussions about the car with me on a more technical level which I appreciate a lot. So whether you're someone who doesn't care about what goes on under the hood and just wants your car to work, to someone who is a bit of a car nerd then you can trust these guys as they are honest, and great mechanics with a rare level of customer service you don't usually find from mechanics. I'm not going through the effort of writing this review after just getting one small job done, this is after multiple instances of using Sultas for various jobs. My car literally drives better than when I first got it since these guys have been taking care of it.

Indy and Neil are fantastic! They’re incredibly enthusiastic about cars and have a great way of simplifying things for someone like me who isn’t very knowledgeable. We initially went for a cambelt change, but now we trust them with everything car-related. From the start, we felt comfortable, and it’s clear they genuinely put their customers first. Excellent quality work. From start to finish the professionalism I've received from Donna, Adam and Jane has been outstanding I got a quote for a bumper respray after someone reversed into my car. I dropped it off on Thursday morning and it was ready by Friday tea time. The quality of the work looks outstanding to say the least. Service throughout was exceptional. Excellent Garage!! Eric and his team are fantastic.. I’ve been using them the past few months and they’ve all manage to fit me in with my Ford KA (Blue) with no issues. Eric the owner is an amazing guy, genuinely cares about your car and overall safety! The guy who sorted my tyres is also super friendly and I didn’t notice my wire was showing which is extremely dangerous.. so he sorted this for myself asap! Brilliant people, I was towed to the garage following a breakdown on the M62. Even though they were fully booked they somehow managed to fit me in and get me back on the road in the same day I would definitely recommend these guys, so helpful and do their best to sort out the problem as soon as they can.

I rang Parkside garage on Wednedsay morning to see if they could look at my car as there was an issue with the clutch. After leaving it with them to have a closer look i was contacted within 2 hours and advised I needed a new clutch and the work would take 2 to 3 days to complete. Work was carried out and collected my car on Friday. Was advised that job would have been done sooner but due to other workload being booked in it took an extra day. I've used Parkside for the last 4 years, I find the staff easily approachable and helpful every time I've been in.

Reece was very helpful and friendly Never had any Issues, very quick even the other members of staff were helpful. Great service! Reasonable price too. After buying a car from BIG MOTORING WORLD I had issues with my brakes and they sent me here. They checked my brakes for me on Friday and booked me in for them doing on the Monday. BSmart have looked after all my cars for the last 15 years or so. MOTs, servicing, tyres, wheel balancing, repairs etc. Really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The owners are car enthusiasts are don’t just plug in a machine and charge you unnecessary costs. Very trustworthy and they really care about their customers. They’ve always gone the extra mile and even though I don’t live nearby I’ll always take my car to them.

Having booked my ford focus in for a timing belt and water pump replacement, with the addition of a major service. I would like to thank all the staff at BSmart Autocentre.
