Having booked my ford focus in for a timing belt and water pump replacement, with the addition of a major service. I would like to thank all the staff at BSmart Autocentre. From the initial booking in, to then collecting my vehicle, the whole process, was as simple as good be. All works done, have been carried out with total professionalism, and ato the highest standards.And imo, from experience, very reasonably priced too. After buying a car from BIG MOTORING WORLD I had issues with my brakes and they sent me here. They checked my brakes for me on Friday and booked me in for them doing on the Monday. They even arranged it around my work and school times. Top class service. I would definitely use them again as they're so polite and happy.

BSmart have looked after all my cars for the last 15 years or so. MOTs, servicing, tyres, wheel balancing, repairs etc. Really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The owners are car enthusiasts are don’t just plug in a machine and charge you unnecessary costs. Very trustworthy and they really care about their customers. They’ve always gone the extra mile and even though I don’t live nearby I’ll always take my car to them.
