What fantastic service we received from these guys today. We're on holiday in our motorhome and had a problem with the exhaust system. Bring it straight round and we'll do our best, they said. They put it straight on the ramp and said it will be sorted within the hour. They even gave us a lift to the cafe for breakfast...then picked us up again when the job was done...all for a fantastic price. Beyond excellent service 👏 👌

My car started to make an unusual grinding sound. It turned out to be a stone stuck behind the brake disc. Holmfield MOT & Repairs didn’t charge for the removal. I also had a service & MOT in late 2024 and the works needed were a good price, a different company quoted multiple thousands! I’d recommend the garage to anyone, I feel the staff are friendly and trustworthy.

Had a flat tyre and was along way from nearest tyre repair and was unable to remove locking wheel nut because it was damaged by another garage these guy helped me out and let me borrow a locking wheel nut removal tool this didn't work so they gave my another socket to try and whack over the wheel nut, not been back since but these guys helped me out big time many thanks guys 👍

Would be 10 stars if possible. Had seen a few reviews for S A Motors in the caddy groups and thought I’d give them a try. Caddy was due it’s 30k service so it was a perfect opportunity. Initial contact made via phone and no problem getting booked in. Spoke to Lee on the phone and instant good feeling from the quick conversation. On the day I headed over the big hill to Halifax and arrived at what seems like a hidden part of town. I pulled up in the car park outside and was instantly treated to a warm welcome by a couple of the team. It’s always a pleasure to arrive somewhere new and have people take time out for a chat. The lads there are obviously caddy fans and that’s another tick in the box for me. Lee gave me a time when the caddy would be ready and I headed off to Leeds for the day. Couple of hours later I got a call to say that they had inspected the van and that the rear brakes could do with changing. Well that was fine and I’d asked for them to be checked anyway and made sense to get them done whilst having the service. When I headed back at the time stated the caddy was all ready and just finished a test drive. Only the required work was undertaken after previous online history had been checked and everything uploaded onto the electronic history systems. So in summary. Great team, good prices, easy location with train station close by and a warm northern welcome when you arrive. What more could you want. Will definitely be taking the caddy back for all future service needs

I bought a golf gti club sport earlier on in the year. I Took it to Lee and the boys for a health check and it turned out to be terrible. They helped me out and gave me some good advise and I managed to get my money back for the car. I ended up buying a car that Lee had previously owned, which was immaculate. I have just had a MOT and service done on it by them too. Highly recommended, thanks guys.

I had white smoke billowing out of my t6, because I’ve had work done before by Lee I messaged him first as he’s my trusted go to garage. From start to finish the service was top level. Loads of communication, went through the van with a fine tooth comb to diagnose, gave me all the information in a way a non mechanically minded person can understand. Even though he’s an hour away I will not use another garage. If you have any VAG motor Lee should be your first call

Brought my vw tiguan to Lee and his team for a haldex service who then uncovered that the rear prop shaft dougnut was on its way out and showed me photos and a video he had taken and recommended it will need doing withing a couple of months so I booked it in for the following week to get done and was a quick turn around. Lee and his team was really friendly and would really recommend them and will be bringing taking my car back for any future repairs. Thank you

I had my car serviced at Miles Cross, and I must say, the mechanic Muz who worked on it not only did a fantastic job with the service but also took the time to explain everything to me. The mechanic ensured everything was right with my car, anything I didn’t understand or know he’d explain it to me which not a lot of places do that. Called in to ask if they could fit my auxiliary belt they ordered the part n fit it straight away even let me sit in the warmth while they did the job couldn't fault the service the staff wete professional and explained what tbey had done will defo be going back to them and defo recommend them to family n friends

Excellent service received from mark and the team at Dryclough Lane Garage. I was in need of a good garage after poor service from a nationwide chain, after speaking to mark on the phone he was more than willing to help me out. Service was professional and I was kept up to date with progress and costs before decisions needed making. I shall be using this garage in the future.
