I have been taking my Audi A3 to the Drive in Service Centre for a good few years now and I have to say they are very professional and extremely informative. I am not a mechanic by trade so I appreciate the clarification / explanations as to what exactly needs doing and the true cost involved and so far I have been always happy with what i has been discussed. My car is my pride & joy so it’s only natural that you need to trust the garage you choose and I do. I find that compared to the main dealership they offer a much fairer price with an all round great service. I believe they use Quality parts as good as the Audi dealership parts which is very important to me. Great garage 👍

Have been using Drive in Service Centre for over 10 years to look after our cars. They are honest, reliable, good value (especially when compared to main dealers) and do a great job. Just picked up my Evoque following some work and was impressed in particular by Tony keeping me informed about when parts were going to arrive as it took as few days for things to be sorted. Called up yesterday as my MOT needed doing. Call was swiftly answered and I got booked in for the nedt day (today). Dropped car off this morning with no problems, plenty of parking spaces. A couple of hours later got a notification to say my car was ready to collect. Convenient, no hassle at all, excellent service. Much better than the Mercedes dealership I've used for the last couple of years. Will be back for a service and my next MOT. Highly recommend these guys!

I have used Drive In for several years now and for multiple cars and they are always courteous and professional. They don’t treat me like an idiot (as a woman this is definitely a bonus) and are great at keeping you informed as work progresses. I have had some utterly bad luck in the past with a lemon of a motor and these guys went above and beyond to assist with rectifying the faults and keeping me on the road with a courtesy car.
