Very helpful, even though my vehicle was too big to go on the ramp ( over 3.5 tonnes ) Didn't stop them from looking under my vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive. Which apparently it was . Old fashioned customer service , where they go the extra mile, thank you 😀

The whole family now comes here for a reason. Always excellent value knowing the work is being done to a good quality - often get shown pictures of things that might need doing in the future, with no unnecessary upselling. Very busy so I always call a month ahead. This was the only garage I called, who told me before I asked, that understood my 1.4 TSI that didn't need the water pump changing at the same time as my cambelt - but they still checked it for leaks just in case. Thanks team!

Thanks Marcia the receptionist and the team at KAR for fixing my Audi A1 when the amber engine light came on. Brilliant service, left the car overnight - safety box for keys and security cameras out the front. Picked it up the next day all fixed and a good price too. High recommend this garage. Thank you. Managed to fit me in at short notice for an MOT, receptionist is extremely helpful! Used a few garages around Swale/Medway, this one is definitely the best.
