Mr Thatcher has been maintaining my cars for decades now and I have always had excellent, friendly, professional service from him. He is flexible with times and dates and excellent value. I would only recommend him on the basis he does not become too busy to maintain my cars!

I can highly recommend these guys, I had major problems with my mondeo, these guys turned up diagnosed the fault and sorted the problems on my drive. They were totally professional, competitive with their pricing and once finished no mess on the drive. Will definately be calling them again.

Colin previously came to look at the brakes on my car because the garage who did the MOT said I needed discs and pads all round. After his inspection he advised that only pads needed doing.Came with his son a week later and did a very good job at a reasonable price. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mechanic.

Stopped off here for lunch and I have to say it’s the perfect little spot! I’ve been a number of times, you will always see cools cars here wether that be the sales cars or one stopping by. (See pic of my vehicle and one that stopped by, you can decide which is which!) People here are always lovely, not just on the coffee van. Delicious food, great (local) coffee and exceptional service always.

Lovely place to stop for a refreshment. Full of character and super friendly staff. All very clean and welcoming.

Huge thanks to the lovely guys at Harestock garage. I dropped in pretty much unannounced today with an issue on my van where one of the underside heat shields had fallen down. They got it up on the lift, took time to work out a solution for fixing it, got it back safely in place and then gave me the keys back and refused to take payment. What lovely people! 10/10

I live in Winchester and had some electrical issues with my 15 year old Mercedes. I was recommended Harestock Garage by a friend who spoke very highly of them. James , the owner , did all the necessary repairs in a very short time and at a very reasonable price. The car has worked perfectly since and I cannot speak highly enough about this superb set up . Honest , efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

I am really happy with this garage. I had a car breakdown (broken drive shaft). The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice. She said I can drop the car in the garage but it will be looked at only after new year as they are fully booked and very busy. I dropped the car in the garage and went back home thinking how to get to work from tomorrow. But to my surprise I received a call after an hour from the garage saying "your car is fixed and you can collect it now". I was really surprised and very happy. They were an angel to me. I've had an issue with an intermittent engine light (valve issue) for the last year, but wasn't showing in other garages when plugged in. Came on just before my MOT, so I thought I'd just leave it and finally get to the bottom of it. The whole team at the garage were fantastic. Identified the issue, found the part, and quoted me a very fair price for fixing and retest. Part took far longer than we expected, but they were proactive in chasing it up and keeping me updated. Very happy with the service and will happily use again.

I got recommend these guys by a friend. Took my car in because it had no give on clutch pedal. Initial diagnostics was quoted at £1100 as they needed to do the clutch and take the engine out to change a slave cylinder in the transmission. A few days later, they called me and said the clutch was actually fine and no need to change it and they were able to change the slave cylinder another way without an extra days worth of labour so took the price down to £300. They could’ve easily taken me for more as I’d already agreed to £1100 but they were very friendly, honest and open about the issues and saved me £800. 100% would recommend, brilliant service.

I rang the garage after getting a flat tyre at a nearby petrol station, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I took the car straight to them, and they assessed it right away. They ordered a new tyre and had it fitted that same afternoon. The team was friendly, helpful, and efficient—fantastic service from start to finish!

Pulled in as just had a tyre go and it was late. They didn't have the tyre in stock I needed but phoned the other local branch so that I could get across and if fitted as needed to get back to Essex. Great service. Thanks

Turned up unannounced after a tyre blowout. The team couldn't have been more helpful - sourced the correct tyre from Southampton, and had it fitted within 2 hours. Outstanding service!

George did a great job fixing the suspension on the BMW X5. We had an issue just after we left, but he sorted it immediately.

George did an amazing job went above and beyond for my SMAX which another garage had taken apart and given up on. Fixed over two days and for a very reasonable price.

George saved the day after we broke down on holiday. Our auxiliary belt snapped on our very mature fiesta ;) , thankfully the belt didn't snap on the motorway! It could of been a right off. George received the car very late in the day and did a very quick turnaround by 11am the following morning. Thanks again George, you're a life saver!!

Non-pushy sales reps! Martin was absolutely fantastic helping me through the process of purchasing my first car, explained everything in detail, was really attentive with sending me videos of the vehicle quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a car as the customer service is 10/10, I wish all garages would give this much care and detail to their customers.

Really thankful for how helpful St cross have been today. My car had been playing up and skidding. They squeezed me in the day after calling to assess it and gave me advice about tyre quality and cold weather.
